Follow this map to the range below
Go West out of Harrisonburg, VA on Rt. 33
After crossing into West Vitrginia, coming down the other side of the mountain
watch for the Park sign to the range on the right side of Route 33
follow the road (the one just to right of center of the map)
the range is a ways back in but it's well marked

And there's some good campsites around too!
